Batman: Dark Victory is a twelve part limited series comic book story about Batman published by DC Comics, written by Jeph Loeb and pencilled by Tim Sale from 1999 to 2000. The story focus on how did Batman met Robin.

The story is set after Batman: The Long Halloween in parallel with Catwoman: When in Rome and starts in October of Batman's fourth year and ends a year later. It introduces Robin and describes the final triumph of the "freaks" (customed supercriminals) over the mobsters who run the city and the final fate of several characters introduced in Batman: Year One and The Long Halloween.
