The original Copperhead has appeared in several episodes of Justice League and Justice League Unlimited, voiced in his first episode by Efrain Figueroa, and every following appearance by Jose Yenque. He has been on both Lex Luthor's and Aresia's Injustice Gang, and was a member of the Legion of Doom shown on Justice League Unlimited. During the mutiny within the Legion of Doom, he sided against Luthor, and was subsequently both frozen solid by Killer Frost and apparently blown up by Darkseid. This Copperhead is pretty similar to the comic version (he has yet to actually display his contortionist abilities on the show). Here, he seems to show some elements of "splicing", a term used in Batman Beyond to denote people who had their genes augmented with animal DNA. Copperhead has slightly serpentine features and a long forked tongue. He has had more recurring appearances than most minor villains on Justice League, apparently due to the fact that he is a particular favorite of Justice League producer James Tucker.
