The Invicible Man (Lloyd Ventrix), is an enemy of Batman, adapted from the Golden Age Batman villain, the Mirror Man.

Lloyd Ventrix is a small time criminal who gets his hands in a special fabric that creates invisibility when given electrical stimulation and uses it to commit bigger crimes at the same time he fools his own daughter into believing he is an actual imaginary friend and convince her to travel with him when his previous attempt to impress his ex-wife with his recent “success” fails.Batman, manages to rescue his daughter and apprehend him.
According to the fabric's designer, Ventrix exposure to it is supposed to cause some side effects on his health. However, Ventrix fate was never revealed in the show.
