Panic in the Sky is the eleventh episode of the second season of the animated series Justice League Unlimited.
The founding members of the Justice League surrender to the government, with the exception of Batman, who tries to convince Amanda Waller that Lex Luthor hacked into the Watchtower with stolen Cadmus technology. In the middle of a huge battle between the secondary League characters and the Ultimen army, Supergirl and Steel battle Galatea to keep her from destroying the Watchtower.
