The Penguin appeared in the final season of Super Friends, where he gained Superman's superpowers by accident when Felix Faust tried to get them for himself. Ironically, Batman was not featured in the episode. This version of the Penguin was voiced by Frank Welker. Penguin was also one of the villains in the two-part Scooby-Doo Meets Batman cartoon.
