The Spectacular Spiderman is a Spider-man TV series in production to be broadcasted by Kids' WB! early on 2008. The new animated series focuses on Spider-man mythology at the beginning of his hero carrer as a not-so-typical 16-year-old with new-found powers engaging the multi-leveled pressures of teenage life while combating bigger, badder super-villains in the real world.

It takes its name from the homologous comic book title.
