"Twilight" (episodes 27 and 28) is a two part premiere episode of season one of the animated series Justice League.

The League is tricked into defending Apokolips, Darkseid's homeworld against the threat of Brainiac. The team meets the New Gods (including Orion, Lightray and Highfather), who are at war with Darkseid, and learn about the treaty between Darkseid and Brainiac. Desaad is killed by Darkseid's Omega Beams in a moment of rage.
