A WikiProject Administrator is the admin in charge of moderating a WikiProject or WikiGuide of Wikitainment Guides.

A WikiProject Administrator must show good etiquette, excellent civility, leadership and a somewhat passive attitude. He must solve edit wars or conflicts and make sure the guidelines and policies are being observed especially in his assigned WikiProject. He is also in charge of pointing when consensus is reached in talk pages. Sysops can block users, protect pages, and delete pages.

Administrator duties

1. Moderate the tone of the talking in Talk Pages
2. Teach troubled users how to approach our behavior policies and writting guidelines.
3. Block advise, warn and block as indicated users insisting on breaking our policies.
4. Delete articles that can't possibly fit in without breaking our respective policies and guidelines.
5. Dicuss privately in an appropiate page when the behavior of an administrator is questioned.
6. Protect articles or pages that require so.
7. Coach users that want to become administrators.
8. Test users that want to become administrators.

Administrators limitations

Little reasoning lots of observation

1. Administrators have to avoid personal criteria as much as posible when doing their duties. Every procedure is described in the policies and if not, then concensus has to be done to establish a new one.
2. Administrators can't put penalties other than the established in the respective policy page.
3. Administrators can't put penalties to any user if the reason isn't established clearly in our policy pages.
4. Administrators can't put penalties to any user without teaching him the broken policies and giving him an ultimatum template first.

Administrator admision

1. In order to be awarded adminship, regular users have to apply for it and be tested by three out of four assigned synodals.
2. If the user fails, he can apply again and be tested again in six moths. He can try as many times as he wants and not be judged because of it.
3. Getting blocked is considered failing the test.

Administrator retirement

1. If an administrator insists on breaking their limitations after being warned by his peers, they have to be retired.
2. A retired administrator can resume their duties after training for six months and being approved by his synodals. The training will focus on his mistakes.
3. An adminisrator can choose to retire and come back as many times as he wants.

Bureaucrats

The only bureaucrat is WikiSysop. He has all the duties and limitations of a sysop but can make the ocational exception if the case needs it. His special duties are:

• Setting and reviewing the tone and limitations of our policies and guidelines in order to make them clear, simple, understandable, friendly, reasonable, kind, functional, convenient and open minded.
• Defining the penalties for each policy breaking in the policy pages. Only bureaucrats can define penalties.
• Programing, keeping updated and setting the encyclopedia.
• Provide and find the economical support of the encyclopedia.
• Retiring administrators that deserve it.
